Founded and led by a small team with backgrounds in leadership, social work, psychology, education, social care, and therapeutic practice, Lighthouse has earned an outstanding reputation for quality, achieving ‘Excellent’ ratings across all CIW inspection themes — including Wellbeing, Care & Support, Leadership & Management, and Environment.
